Dbol and Adrol: All at once, or split doses?

What's the most effective way to take Anadrol or Dianabol?

15 years ago like everyone else took all at one time upon waking up ,now I split the dose into 3 spaced doses threw day

15+ years ago most had those lil 5mg thai dbol and were eating 20+ through the day like tictacs how i rememebr it. lol

and who eats 6 anadrol at a time?lol

that makes it seem excessive.
smaller servings throughout the day so you only eat 1-2 at a time! lol:eek::D:headbang:
 
I prefer splitting the dosage to keep atleast somewhat steady levels!! With the half-life of these it's hard to keep a 24 even level!! I'm about to try running both together or the first time actually!!
 
Both.

If it’s 25mg, then I just take it all pre workout.

It’s it’s 50mg then I split 25am and 25pre (I train at 6pm)

If it’s 75mg then I add a dose at like 9pm

I’ve also dosed it all preworkout, for those “spiked hormone blood levels” .... honestly I don’t think it really makes a huge difference.

By the end of the cycle I’m usually taking it all pre workout anyways because the idea of constant dosing has lost its luster.

That’s my 100% bro science from 10 years geared on and off.

Edit- clearly I like 25mg increments, but you get the point.

Not in every case but usually by taking smaller amounts of both you get the results whilst minimizing the side effects. Adrol and adrol together a great example of this. Take me for example on too much dbol I always get nosebleeds. Plus with adrol at higher doses I tend to feel a bit crap and lose my appetite. Now with say 50mg adrol and 20mg dbol I feel really good, get great pumps, muscle fullness, don't lose my appetite and usually have no nosebleeds. Obviously this won't be the case for everyone but just illustrating how combining lower doses of certain aas can sometimes work to your advantage.
Iv take both before for the same reason. Dbol causes more nose bleeds then usual. (High blood pressure and dry nasal passages I get nose bleeds often) and anadrol at full strength gives me horrible headaches and a bad attitude. But half dose of both I feel good and gain.

Keep stable blood levels of the drug.
On off days I tend to only take half dose just cuz idk it works for me.

So I'm curious, what the modern consensus of science and/or Bro-science seems to say about the timing of Dianabol and Anadrol


Let's compare apples to apples.
A) Please assume the total weekly amount of a drug is the same.
B) Let's assume our goal is gain the most muscle mass and strength (given a constant amount of a drug).

Should you... ?

1) Split dose evenly throughout the day: Workout days only
2) Split dose evenly throughout the day: Every day
3) Large dose at once pre-workout: Workout days only
4) Large dose at once: Every day


-Is there any single method that stands out as the "most effective"?

-Conversely, is any method safer than any of the others? (less adverse side effects)

or you can choose:
On average, most men 25- 50mg/ed for 4-6 weeks.
For experienced men, 120mg/ed.
 
IMO, orals of the type mentioned should be timed an hour before insulin injections. " Send it home". I spoke about this years ago here.


Morning- 1/6th of dose


Pre workout(slammed with slin) - 1/3 of dose


Before bed-1/6 of dose


BTW: d-bol is a much stronger drug per mg than a-dol it would be difficult to compare dosages.
 
I always split my doses throughout the day as best as possible depending on the compound. But I always used a higher mg about an hour oreworkout
