dbol and winny

dbol 30mg/ed 5mg pills
winny 50 mg/ed 10 mg pills

How should I take these? split up over my day or a few hours bfore i work out, other opinions? help is appreciated

I personally wouldn't stack those at the same time.....I usually run the dbol the first 4 weeks and the winny the last 4 weeks of my cycle. Are you running a test base? What's the "meat" of your cycle?

...and you should always spilt up orals thru-out the day to try and keep your levels stable IMO.

my cycle is:
test c 300mg/e4d weeks 1-12
dbol 30 mg/ed weeks 1-4
winny 50mg/ed weeks 9-12

i was thinking to split them up, but wasn't sure. thanks

I'm going to do something similar was going to use Epistane for the last oral, not sure about Epi now tho.

I like to use Dbol even when I cut

just add an anti-oe to keep water off and it keeps you full and no strength loss even while dieting and doing cardio

Hmmm.....very interesting. You know, your the 5th person I've heard doing that. You might be onto something.

18% IMO is too high to use anything.

last question....can ephedra be used in the last 4 weeks of my cycle, or should i wait itll aftet pct to start?
Also my bf% is 18% witht the water retention. probably around16%, is that still too high? Thanks for all the help

At 18% BF you should look at your diet first before using winny or ephedra
