I like the hex bar for deadlifts not as much strain on the lower back

Man I dunno.... I was a pretty darn good at the DL for my size (550 @ 175) and could pop out a set of 405x10 but I never got "big" doing the DL. I gained more size when I started focusing on other traditional BB exercises. That said, it is tough to pick just one as being "best." If I could group a top tier (for me) it would be: high rep squat, low-incline DB, and weighted chins.

I'm so sick of this myth. I see people who deadlift 3x a week, 5 plates per side. yet have far from impressive physiques. I think deadlifts are another tool in the arsenal, and of course, my favorite...a huge calorie burner. but they aren't the answer to a great back...

I like dreads for lower back and thicknsss. I do mostly partial. It's just another exercise.. I honestly don't think it's any special
