I tore my rear delt, kind of rear/side, deadlifting about a month ago and while I have full range of motion and I think full strength. I dead lifted today and it felt fine. But you can tell that its been torn. There is a little divot with a bump on one side of it. WIll this get better at all? or am I doomed to having a messed up shoulder.
