Since a few days I upped my dextrose to 50g intra workout. The last few days my digestion is really fucked up, lots of bloating and gas..

Are there more people experiencing this? And you notice a difference when going for an (more expensive) form of sugar intra?

Hmm try HBCD like vitargo… 100-150g dextrose doesn’t touch my digestion intra
 
It’s a highly an individual thing. I can take 100g without issue, others can’t do half that (like yourself). As dimethyl11 said, try HBCD, Vitargo, etc as they’re definitely easier to digest for those that have issues with digesting straight dextrose. If cost is a concern, you could try a 50/50 mix and see how it digests.

Swap the BCAAs for EAAs or at the very least add EAAs to it. You’re only getting 3 of the 9 essential amino acids with BCAAs.
I would add EAA when I had them. But you are 100% correct on that
 
For me personally anything over 40-50 grams of Dextrose in a single serving gives me the farts and gurgles. If you’re trying to pound carbs peri workout do a mix of Dextrose and Branched Dextrin like mentioned above.
