A new bill was recently passed by the congress that amends a portion the controlled substances Act.( 21USC956(a)). This amendment allows a USA resident to import up to 50 dosage units of a controled medication wthuot a valid prescription at an international land border.
This medication must be declared upon arrival, be for your own personal use and in their original container.

So if you went to Mexico, and paid a physician to write a you script, went down the street to the Pharmacia, purchased your 50 doses, and came back to the states... it would be all legit?

Where I'm from people do it all the time for all different kinds of meds (Test included). They do it cause its generally cheaper with less hassle. My wifes grandpa comes down all the time for this reason.

speaking of scripts my dad went to pick up his 10ml of test from the pharmacy today and the price dropped from $100 to $72. he didnt ask questions just took his little bag, smiled and walked out. we was grinning from ear to ear all day.

Ya I just read the whole freaking thing... as long as what your declaring is legal and has a valid medical use in the USA they will allow the import without a script but state and local law will make possession without a script illegal.....

i dont know how new this is but years ago I did that and it didnt work, they boarder guys let me go back to mex and try to get a refund though. Said it wasnt valiad from a mex doctor.
