Here is my typical daily diet, Im trying to pack on the pounds, but not the fat kind.

9am 1 Whole Grain bagel, low fat cream cheese, 3 scoops of whey
60 grams of carbs, 66grams of whey, 6 grams of fat
680 cals
11am 3/4cup oats, 3 scoops of whey
44 grams of carbs, 66 grams of protein 3 grams of fat
555cals
12pm Workout
1pm Post workout, 100grams of dextrose, 20 grams of
creatine, 20 grams of glut, and 66 grams of whey, 10ius of
Humalog
730cals
1:45-2ish 3/4cup oats, 3 scoops of whey
44 grams of carbs, 66 grams of protein 3 grams of fat
555cals
4pm 4 Scoops of whey, a scoop of fiber powder, to slow it down
440cals, 66 grams of protein
6pm 1/2 lb of steak, veggies,
500cals
8pm 2 protein bars, or 3 scoops of whey,
400 cals, 50 grams of protein
10pm 2 Whole eggs, 13 egg whites
53 grams of protein, 9 grams of fat,
Sleep

Totals Protein 500 - or so, carbs close to 300, fat around 25-40 grams

Cals estimated at around 4000, I weigh about 225, at around 12 % bodyfat, Im running test, dbol, and fina, seems like Im growing like a weed, just wanted to see if my diet is out of whack, im shooting for a lean 240ish,

Another concern of mine, is at what point do I adjust calories for my new weight that I have put on, every week?

Thanks

When...

did you start this diet? In my opinion it looks pretty good. How much water ya taking in also? I've doen such a diet before, not the same foods and all, but it worked ok. I personally like and miss my high fat, high protein, low low low carbs, but since I'm sdoing slin alone I've had to switch to high protein and carbs and low low fat.

vitor if i recall u are a pretty carb tolerant person so i think it looks good, id add some more efa's to your diet,

well id replace all that whey with some real food. Iam nt realy a big fan of whey taking up more than 25% of your total protein intake. I think a varairty of meats, dairy, and egg products should be consumed throughout the day. My rational for this is that you recieve a better amino acid profile from the variaty of protein sources. A little fat wont hurt you at all, Id say good fats only (monounsat, and polyunsat). I like to add a good portion of fat with everymeal except post workout, it helps slow down the digestion rate and provides for a more continues rate of energy.

Looks good vitor. I'd add another "meat" (lean meat, turkey or chicken) in another meal - you have only one meal with meat. I try and eat at least 2 meals with meat. The only other thing I'd change is eat those eggs with your "breaking-the-fast" meal. Eating that much, that late at night would seem to get your body using too much of its energy towards digesting food rather than building and repairing muscle :D

I know it's hard to "eat" all the protein we need, and drinking it isn't bad, but we need to diversify the sources as much as possible.

Very true Xcel! Replace that whey in the 1:45 meal with another 1/2 lb of chicken/fish or even some more steak/ham. Shooting for 1lb meat per day is a good idea IMO.

Looks pretty good. Here are my suggestions:

1) substitute meat for some of that protein powder, as per what everyone else said.

2) have you considered taking about 50g of dextrose w/ creatine & glutamine pre-workout in addition to that which you consume post-workout?

3) what about substituting some low fat cottage cheese for all those egg whites right before bed? You might save some money that way, too.

Good job constructing your diet!

dont do dextrose, creatine and whatever else pre-workout as its a waste, if ur referring to the study in which they gave some people 35 grams sucrose and 6 grams EAA's then it's pointless as well because those men fasted for 12 hours b4 that meal , how many of us fast for twelve hours b4 meals? also dextrose will spike ur insulin so high and ur blood sugar will make you bonk half way through ur workout
