Diet and cardio for fatloss?

Do any of you think there comes a time, be it later in age, or the body can just no longer loose fat with a good clean diet without doing cardio.
I ask Im not 30 yet 29 , but always by just eating low carbs and clean did not have to do cardio to get to a decent bdf% 6-8%. I have been eating clean for a couple months and I am barley loosing any fat. I am doing the same thing I have done the past 10 years that worked to cut up with no results.:confused:
 
u may have a slower metabolism than before and therefore eating the same way u did in the past will not be as efficient with a slowed metabolism, do some cardio or lower the calories
 
i am 36 and in the same boat i was in since i can remember....

whenever i do cardio for a show, i always invariably end up losing the sweep in my quads and any fullness i have. as little as 1/2 hour a day first thing in the am will do this.

i do not have a good metabolism. i am a natural endo/meso. very slow metabolism and can put on weight like a good thing. but what i find very odd is the fact my body responds so well to my diet that this year i was able to not need any cardio up until the 3 week out point.

the body is an interesting mechanism for sure.

have you contemplated a ketogenic diet as opposed to a carb cycling or low carb one just to see what would happen?
