diet and cardio Help

im 5'7 225 probably around 30% bf i dont want to be super lean just want to get down to about 190 to 200lbs. i lift 3 days a week and starting to do cardio 3 days a week. i do the stair master and trend mill for about 30 to 45 minutes keepin my heart rate between 150 to 165. is that too high or too low. im tryin to eat alot cleaner but not sure what % of carbs/protein/fat to do any suggestion? let me know if u need more info

It's not rocket science. Eat clean, go to the gym, and don't lallygag around. Up your cardio.

Cut out the burgers, chips, soda, junk and replace with oatmeal, chicken, rice, fish, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and water.

I eat very clean and have a hard time actually getting enough calories because good food fills you up without a lot of calories. I have to add in some shakes to get my calories up (been using more hemp protein lately with better results)

You can try to figure out everything, training regimen, diet, cardio for months and spend 100's or thousands on supps. Spend a couple hundred bucks and get a trainer that will save you time and many headaches! There are many on this board. A few that are highly recommended are Alex, Phil Hernon, Shelby just a few

This will be the best advice you get on this board bro. Don't give yourself an excuse, like, "they're expensive", believe me, i did the same. When I finally buckled down and hired Alex Azarian (prepbyalex.com), he basically changed my life. I started out in December 1, 2009 at 250lbs (fat f*uck). Today, April 17th, I'm 202lbs (gettin there) and I'm still not done yet. These guys know their stuff. E-mail them and ask them questions, I'm sure they'll be happy to answer them. Either way, you can't lose with any of them.
