im 5'7 225 probably around 30% bf i dont want to be super lean just want to get down to about 190 to 200lbs. i lift 3 days a week and starting to do cardio 3 days a week. i do the stair master and trend mill for about 30 to 45 minutes keepin my heart rate between 150 to 165. is that too high or too low. im tryin to eat alot cleaner but not sure what % of carbs/protein/fat to do any suggestion? let me know if u need more info
