Had question about contest dieting. I know many people will drastically cut carbs or even do like a 3 low 1 high type of program (low carb days/high).
So far, thanks to Notsobig32, I'm eating carbs again ED and still leaning out. My question is this: does anyone cycle the types of carbs they eat.For example day 1: Carbs from grains; day 2 carbs from veggies/fruit only?
I'm just wondering if you could remain fully charges but reap some of the benefits that would normally be associated with a traditional carb cycle.
Any feedback or experience on this would be great.
