I'm 35 years old, 5'10" 200lbs 15% bf. I'm currently on 250mg test cyp/wk, 1mg finasteride daily, 0.5mg letrozole 3x/wk year round.
I will plan on doing 500mg test or 250mg test and 250 EQ/wk along with ancillaries year round. My goal is to put on some muscle and lean out a bit.
meal 1: 1/2 cup oatmeal(uncooked) 25g whey protein, 5g fish oil cap
meal 2 : 1 chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice (uncooked), 1 tbsp olive oil
meal 3: 50g whey protein, 3 tbsp LBA
meal 4: 1 chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice (uncooked), 1 tbsp olive oil
prework out: 25 g whey 50 simple carbs
meal 5: 50g whey protein, 3 tbsp LBA
meal 6: handful broccoli, 1 tbsp olive oil
Is it a good idea to take out whey protein and just take LBA and solid protein sources? What is the benefit not using whey and using LBA as your non-solid protein source? Any advice on the diet or whether it's better to take a test only or test and eq when going year round. I have had tendon problems in the past that's why i'm considering EQ.
Thanks,
Ken
