Diet/Cutting

Im currently cutting weight. Ive done so before eating lean meats and brown rice. Ive read many conflicting stories on breads, fruit, potatoes etc.... I dont want to throw my diet off but i also want a change from brown rice. Ive read that the smaller red cooking potatoes are ok for dieting. Has anyone had success dropping fat eating 25-50g of Carbs from Potatoes once a day? Brown rice gets old after so many days let alone weeks. :confused:

I was going to suggest the exact same things.

Also dice up some hard boiled eggs and mix up with chopped-up beef. The consistency is a lot like pasta :)
 
I think if you are craving a white potato, have 30g post workout since its extremely quick digesting. Definitely oatmeal is your friend come dieting time. Add splenda and cinnamon etc... and if you can stomach that day in and day out, ur good to go.
 
I can stomach it, just looking for options. Thanks for the info.
