Im currently cutting weight. Ive done so before eating lean meats and brown rice. Ive read many conflicting stories on breads, fruit, potatoes etc.... I dont want to throw my diet off but i also want a change from brown rice. Ive read that the smaller red cooking potatoes are ok for dieting. Has anyone had success dropping fat eating 25-50g of Carbs from Potatoes once a day? Brown rice gets old after so many days let alone weeks.
