trying to critique my cutting diet...starting this week...im weighing 210 right now...dont car about loosing pounds just want to shred off BF%...I will be doing weights 4x a week for 30 min then 45 min of cardio after.....
1st meal- 2 scoops whey, multi vitamin, fish oil caps, 2 cups oatmeal, 2 tablespoon natty PB
2nd meal- couple slices of turkey breast , low fat yogurt
3rd meal- 1 can tuna, green beans
4th- pwo 2 scoops of whey
5th- 2 pieces of chicken breast grilled or grilled fish
6th- 5 egg whites
