Whats up guys, man this dieting is soo draggin me down, with every calorie i drop my energy levels are low, im pretty much worthless after workouts as i have no energy left. Im taking flaxseed oils, to help curv cravings, is there anything else i could do to fight the hunger pains i get in between meals. What do you guys do when you get hungry and you know your not supposed to eat for another hour or so? Anyways im rambling just because im tryin to get my mind off food for a lil while, If yall can help please do. 4 weeks and 5 days left then its back to bulking !! YEAH!!!
