I haven't trained for a while and basically now i'm too fat (about 15%) and have lost muscle.. i figured that i should first do a strict cutting diet rather than try to cut and add lean mass at the same time and possibly fail at both.
Now i'm trying to figure out what kind of diet should i follow. I've heard that especially on steroids the high protein, mod/low carbs, low fat works best. I would like to hear everyone's opinion on the fat issue...Does it really matter if your diet is high prot/low carb/mod fat or high prot/mod carb/low fat or does it just come down to the "eat less than you consume" principle ?
My plan is to start with 400g protein, 400g carbs, 10-20g fat and then drop 50-100g carbs every two weeks. I will be using 500-1000mg test + 30-40mg dbol (4wk on/off). Training is done 4 times per week and cardio on off days on empty stomach. Do you think my plan makes any sense ?
