For those of you who cycle (i.e. those who truly go 'off', no cruising or whatever) and are not doing a show, what do you with your dieting?
Personally, Id rather do a clean bulk and gain muscle if I were assisted and then go on a maintenance diet for 2-3 wks diet to give my body a break. Then diet shortly using a protein sparing modified fast followed by another 2-3 wk maintenance before attempting to add more mass. Since I would do short cycles (about 6-8 wks max), the timing works out nicely. Additionally, since Im not yet at my genetic limit, keeping the mass gains is/should-be doable.
What do you guys do? Do you maintain while off? Bulk? Cut?
