I have decided to diet down for the next 6-8 weeks for a number of reasons- mainly I am fed up eating so much, I need to drop some fat for the summer and want to re set my body to a leaner point and get a nice rebound for a blast in april-may time and shoot back to 230 but much leaner.
My diet is about 2,700 calories per day right now on this diet, I a on day 3 and a bit hungry but its ok... Protein 300-350, carbs 200, fats 70.
Is this too little for a guy weighing 230 at 5`9 (10% body fat)... I want to shift about 5lb of fat so a lb a week is sufficient. I am doing cardio 30 mins, 4 times per week.
