Ok Ill chime in here for a bit. Food for the most part is the most important factor. It fuels the metabolism and that inturn will be my biggest tool. But as far as supplements go, this is how I view it. Pre-contest you should be taking just enough to hold onto muscle while you diet, not grow new tissue. Off-season that is your goal, grow new muscle, so Id like to use something to help me get a bit stronger and effeciently use the influx of calories I need to eat to grow. So it would look something like this.....with a doctors script and supervision for everything I would use--->
Some sort of test base for the off-season and pre-contest
I keep the oils in even really close to the show...Ill switch over to water based at about 4 weeks out
Some sort of version of Stanozol for pre-contest (last 4 weeks)
I switch to suspension the last 4 weeks as well
Aromasin is awesome. Id use it every time I used supplements if possible.
The only other thing Id add in is maybe some Halotestin at the end. Im ghetto and it works for me. I dont need to use a billion compounds and that seems to get the job done. Cardio and diet get you in shape, not drugs.
Off-season- Test and some sort of anabolic like Nandralone...thats it.
My days of supplements are over though.....thats just what worked for me.

keep it simple rule always works...

I always stay with a high test offseason with a cyp or enanthate ester- at least over a gram for myself -nothin else ive tried compared to it for me to use offseason- precontest go with a prop test 100mg/ day with winny and eq and some other fat burning drugs like an eca compund and clen-always leans me out nicely- but remember diet is crucial come offseason and dieting time...

Me personally this is what i do.
Offseason- Test Enanthate 250-750gms, Equipoise 300-500mgs and Dbol 20-25mgs.

Precontest- I stick to the same, then the last six weeks drop your dbol, high test dosages, deca (if your using) and switch to your "cutters" such as Winny, as you get closer switch to Haylo, maybe some proviren.

As stated above, food is the most potent drug your body can utilize, eat healthy, and eat alot! It will work guarenteed!
 
I like doing longer cycles ,6 months, a gram of test, changing from cyp to eanth to sus, as a base and changing from deca to EQ and then tren every few months with dbol @ the begining and winny toward the end for hardening I REALLY need to work on diet this next cycle. I dont compete though I BB for myself and I love it :D
 
My pre-contest cycles invole all of the following AAS protocols that people have posted but my last four weeks I do things a little differently.

I cut out oil based stuff four weeks out as I tend to hold more water with them. I like to use a alot of compounds at very small dosages:

Stanozolol
tren actetate (liquid)
primobolan
anavar
nolva
proviron
arimadex

there are some other I am going to incorporate the next time around but these are the ones that I use in the last four weeks before my last show.

Of course no chemical will take the place of sound nutrition, proper training, and sound cardio before a show.
