Agreed, but I’m not sure this is what he specifically took. I can’t read German but they appear to be recommendations from a book he wrote.

I’ve no idea of what Markus did I think he had insane genetics primarily but he also comes across a man of extremes and not very health conscious

Good find. Looks very methodical in the way he planned everything. Pretty much used everything. The 1g of deca stuck out to me. Seems like very few people even go that high with it. Miracle he’s still alive if this is from 2001 and he was ripping cigs in addition to all this.
