digestive issues from whey protein isolate ?

I have been having 2-3 day spurts, of bloating, gas, indigestion, and
diarea for the last several weeks, this has happend before and i was taking
a different brand of isolate. Ive been to the dr, and have had a catscan with
inconclusive results. had my blood,and urine work done and it came back good.
The bloating is so bad, i HAVE to purge to relieve the pressure.

This is getting really bad, anybody here have any idea if isolate can cause these symptoms ?
Again these symptoms has lasted up to 4 days, and goes away for 2-3 days and then come back with a vengence.

Anybody please help.

I havnt in the past had any problems with milk, so i dont think
im lactose intolerant, if that has any bearing on this issue im having.

Also i have cut out everything out of my diet other
than fruits, fresh veggies, yogurt, v8 juice, and whey protein isolate.

you might have developed milk protein intolerance or milk allergy.
it is different from lactose intolerance .
it can be developed suddenly in adult.

there are dairy free iso from stuff like peas...
there are also quality differences in the whey isolates.

What brand is it? It can REALLY REALLY matter and yes can get bloated and gas from whey.....

Allmax nutrition, iso-natural is what im taking now.
Well i was, was taking roughly 3 servings a day at 28 grams perserving.

You might try mixing fresh papaya in with your protein drink, or eat post protein shake.

Papaya works for myself with protein digestion and bloat~
Very healthy fruit!~ nature's digestive enzyme.

I share this issue with you only it happens to me when i use whey concentrates. It could be a milk protein issue as there is no lactose in the isolate. How much are you using in each shake?

1 scoop, 3 times a day. Roughly 90 grams of whey protien isolate daily.

I was going to say the same thing. Shitty protein will do that to you almost
9/10 times.

Would love to hear your feedback on Synthepure. It's a fantastic product and
