Guys and Girls,

I have seen soo many great threads recently on all of the negative side effects, problems, issues and aggrevations when adding other compounds to cycles.

So what about test alone with a proper AI or SERM?

I have competed (twice, local shows) and have done fitness shoots in the past. And although I will never be a national nor even a strong threat in a regional show, I have used other compounds in the past. Lately, I am really starting to wonder if they are needed, if at all, for 90-95% of us.

I saw BBoy and a few other members, who by the looks of them. are top level athletes, and most of them mentioned (in legal countries) there is no need for anything other than test. At first I was skeptical but I am starting to agree with this.


Discuss... With proper AIs, SERMs, diet and cardio, could you get just as peeled, dry and ripped as with exotic compounds that have some nasty sides?? On the other side, could you put on quality mass in the offseason without the harsh, heavy, bulking compounds that we normally preach?
 
If test alone were enough,there would be no demands for the other compounds.Not an expert,just personal opinion.Peace.
 
Sure you could get ripped with just test and an AI. I do however believe that certain compounds help you look harder on stage though. The most important factor in dieting down is diet and cardio.

To compete at a national level, no way. But for most of us that don't compete i agree that test is all one should need. Test is all i'll ever use (with maybe dbol or var) but alot of people are willing to try anything to get bigger than the next guy.
 
I think test alone is perfect for guys who arent competing and just wanna get bigger and stronger, but 99% of all the other un-natty BB's are gonna be on other compounds so just ecpect them to be harder and more vascular(considering if they nailed their conditioning).

Totally agree bro, as stated on here all the time, people want the quick fix when 90% of em overtrain, or diet isn't proper.

well im glad someone pays attention to my threads..LOL yes i did say test only BUT i did mention the last 6 weeks dropping the test and going to masteron and oral winny. so yes, no eq, deca, tren, halo, d-bol, anadrol, ect., ect., ect. you can maintain your size just fine and even increase it during your dieting phase with just plain old test. the last 6 weeks when you drop the long ester test then i do prefer to switch to more "cosmetic" drugs. This is the way i would do it if i was in a country where AAS was legal and i could actually use those compounds without fear of imprisonment.
 
Genetics will play a pretty big role in answering this.

I know a guy that won his class at the Jr USAs a few years ago and has placed well at the USAs and all he ever takes is a bit of winstrol leading up to the show.
And he's in his 40s.
 
I'm glad I'm seeing some different responses.

I know that, when I was in countries where compounds were legal, I think I relied too much on exotic compounds to try and fix my flaws when an extra 30 minutes of cardio or an extra meal here or there would have given me the same results without the annoying sides.

BIngo....far too often people try to fix there flaws with extra compounds, higher doses, or just something plain ass silly instead of just simply tweaking their diet or cardio.....
 
As a non competitor Test, GH, Ai & PCT. That would be my theroy. & that advice is worth just what you paid for it...;)

Classifications

Elite Athlete/Professional

Any professional athlete in team sports, any professional in individual sports (Tennis, Fighting, cycling, Pro Bodybuilder (6-8 weeks out), etc..) National Level Bodybuilder, Any other bodybuilder that has obtained conditioning that is good for a level 2-5 show and is 6 to 8 weeks out.

Test E, Cyp, Sust, Prop, Supension
Winstrol
Parabolin/Trens ie....different flavors
Masteron
Halotestin
Primo

Professional "Look Gooder"

Anyone who is paid all or in part by just looking good
Actors and Models

Trens????? Depends on how important the job is to you

35-50something

This is the guy who looks great for any age. Training and Nutriton are spot on they look great and feel even better.

Test E or Cyp (you might think about using it like you would Prop or Susp)

Beach/Lake Champion
This guy looks great on the beach as long as he is walking towards you as his back leaves much to be desired. Nice arms, chest, and abs but we can only see his upper ankles and feet do to his long baggy swim trunks that not only give him the appearance of little or no waist as they droop down below his hips but also mask his less then impressive quads, hams, and calves. When in doubt and pressed for time this Champ will always blow off the brutal leg extensions and "Massive Stack" Lat Pulldown workout and just double up on "The Guns"

Test E or Cyp

Drop the Winny, Primo, and all of the other "cutters" and do some damn Squats and stop the zero carb crap.

Gym Champion

This guy is actually worse then the BL Champ because he is actually, well, kind of fat. Looks huge in the gym though. He is usually sweating profusely even the gym is 62 degrees and he is doing on average of 3 reps an hour. This guy comes in 2 flavors, "The Cover upper" and "Captain Tank Top" The CU will often wear 17 shirts pushing his weight north of the 285LBS mark.
"The Cover upper" can often be found at the end of the dumbell rack doing shrugs with the 185LBS DB. The combo of shrugs, behind the neck smith machine presses, and 17 shirts give the impression that the CU has some of the biggest Traps on earth.
Captain Tank Top however loves to walk the gym in Tank Tops that are very narrow in the back while being loose enough in the front to keep the gut hidden. The gut that if not hidden would be revealed to actually stick out further then the chest. CTT is known in the gym and amongst his buddies for his huge 20 inch arms. Unfortunately those arms have similar shape and symetry as my Mother's arms only with less vascularity.

TEST IS REALLY ALL THAT IS NEEDED.. i liked tren... but, it is not needed.. most people here can make great gains with just plain old test.. take a anti e if needed to keep bloat and estro sides at bay.. but like bboy said, all really that is needed is test of any kind..
 
I agree you could do just test alone and make killer gains...and even compete in a regional level show on just test and a AI and look great, probably with the right genetics win the damn show...
 
Ive been doing high end HTR (500mg wk) test only (legal RX) since 2/06, with some IGF1 on/off mixed in the last 1yr...my physique has improved greatly and strength is up too. I used to do the silly (for me) complicated stacks for years before...IMO its just not necessary.
Beach/lake champ and Gym champ...funny stuff :p
