Anyone have input into an excercise (s) that has been deemed worthy of doing cause it does this or that..
ex: Chins are best for back width..i found high bench seated rows
....barbell bench is best for chest..i found dumbell bench
..concentration curls are best for peaks on biceps...i found preacher curls or spider curls
Just a few thoughts or feedback is welcome...i have found that most excercise and their effectiveness totally depends on the individual and their muscle make-up...and their form..
