Water loss pills? Do they really work? Im sure its only a temp. relief for water loss. But if the DO indeed work why arent they more popular? Reason I ask is because it is beach season here in the south and on Sunday Im usually a little bloated from Fr-Sat and holding a lot of water/salt. If they are just a quick fix its cool. What is the best brand to go with? Any testimonies?

My personal opinion is that if your not competeing, leave them alone. Look at your diet etc & adjust that accordingly!
