past several workouts ive noticed ive been getting light headed after a set. usually lasts a min then subsides. today however was worse, i actually felt shaky, and my heart was beating fast. seems like low blood sugar, but im not hypoglycemic
i cut the session short and left, barely made it to my car i thought i was going down. got some carbs in me now and feel a little better. wtf?? i started taking no explode a few weeks ago but idk why/if that would be causing it...help
