DNP- Need Help
I am starting 8 days of DNP on the 21st. 5 Weeks from my contest. I am 5'8" 208 at 6%. Need to get altra ripped.

Do you do cardio when on DNP?
If so how much?
How high should your carbs be?
Should you carb deplete prior to cycle?
Any other suggestions woudl be great.

i dont deplete at all on dnp
imo u need the extra calories for energy to train and do ur cardio
id bump up ur water intake and use cran extract etc.
if any cuts were to be made, id take abt 10% off the carbs and fat intake, thats all
keep a bttl of water near at all times
if u feel toooo hot, take a bath in ice water bro, be safe
if u have it, use some t3 also

Doing cardio while on DNP will be totally up to you. I could not do any while I was on but my friend was able to do 20 min and she was on crystal while I used powder. Carb depleting is also something that you must decide to do... I don't think it's necessary. I didn't do it and lost 15lbs in 12 days. Your diet should consist of 50c/40p/10f, if you post your email I can send you a manual of sorts that have.

IMO, there is also no need for T3 if you're only going to run an 8-day cycle.... TSH doesn't start to decrease until day 8 of DNP.

Nubainbeauty thank you for the manuel (lots to read). Question, why does most of the protein come from powder? It said 50-40-10 in the attached diet it only had 130 grams of carbs which is 520 cal. What sources of carbs can I use? Thanks again fro the advice. I take my first tab tonight
