800am 1 cup 1% fat cottage cheese,glass of v-8 and a protien
bagel with about 3gms fat and 10 carbs
1000am protien shake,green apple
100pm salad with grilled chicken
300pm protien shake,green apple
500pm post workouyt shake whey 40gm,dextrose 50-60 gm
630pm broccli and some fish sweet potato
830pm snack- some walnuts or cashews,beef jerkey,celery sticks
non fat cream cheese
1030pm protien shake
at least 1 gallon of distilled water a day.
about 300 gm protien ed ,200gm carbs, fats probaly only like 50gm
so thats around my 2500 calories.
