There is alot of information about drugs etc. It's all a matter of choice obviously. I cant dissuade some clients from using. BUT when DNP has been mentioned I always hear bad stuff. I would most certainly avoid this compound.
 
I did a cycle of the crystal version. Ran it for at least 14 days, carb depleted for three days before I started.

This might sound strange, but I didn't have much of the side effects associated with DNP. No lethargy, no feeling of burning up. I had a little night sweats. but that would be the only one.

I also ate more carbs- which is how I've read you are supposed to eat while on.
After all that, I wonder if it's possible that my body doesn't respond to DNP.
Didn't lose a significant amount of fat. I bought a huge amount and now I may not even use the rest of them.

Hopefully you have better results, if you try it.

Did you experience very loose stools while on DNP?

As you said I thought I was a non responder too but I guess it just needs to hit a high enough dose to feel it.

BTW...I was on powder DNP
 
i have done a fair amount of it, running several different protocols regarding dosages and length of times on and i have decided after my experiences that i will never use this compound again.

it is simply not worth the discomfort and lethargy associated with it when you can get the same result (loss of body fat) thru a regimented diet and cardio except over a great length of time. not to mention the profuse sweating, uncontrollable cravings and a mild yellowing of the eyes. it just isnt worth it. at all.

200mg per day for 14 days was not too unpleasent and effective, but I was lean to start with.

400mg + is quite unpleasent, and if I was to use it agian, I would stick to 200mg for a longer period of time.
 
400mg per day taken in one dose in the am was very rough for me, however 400mg split up into 200mg am and then 200mg afternoon doses did not bother me as bad.

200mg felt weak but who knows maybe 200mg per day for 30 days would get the job done.

What amount of fat do you guys typically lose on a DNP cycle?

What mg per kg of bodyweight do you guys take? How far do you push it?
 
I took 200mg per day for 20 days before vacation a couple of years back, and as I said I was pretty lean, maybe 9%BF, but after 20 days, with no change in diet, I had straitions visable in my delts and upper chest.

If I needed to lean up, I would do that dose again, but a friend of mine who dod 400mg, got bad water retention, carb cravings, and sweated like a pig, I did not get any of those sides, I just felt warm most of the time.

I would not let myself get to a stage where I had to push it up to 600-800mg, to me that is just sloppy dieting.

My caps are dosed at 250mg, and I started at 1 cap for the first four days then bumped it to 500 mg for the remainder. As far as the bowel movements I can't remember.
After more than a week at 500mg DNP a day I feel that I did not get the results that most people report. I was also taking a boatload of supplements and anti-oxidants.

Just read some info on DNP usage was wodering if anyone has had some experience with the substance and the side effects it has. Is it safe in small doses or should i avoid it altogether?

my friend who is a farmer used it and was very pleased....used it to kill all the insects and it worked! go for it!
 
In my experience, DNP almost burned me to death last time. I was taking 500mg ED. Maybe a little too high, you know, in the winter in Montreal(-35degree C), I would say it's HOT!!!
 
It works well but will make you question how bad you want to be lean. My advice take it in the winter and stay indoors with AC on. 600mg a day for 10-12 days works pretty well in my opinion. You can experiment with how uncomfortable you want to be. Works great but pretty rough by the end it is exhausting to put on a pair of socks. The higher dose you use the shorter you will stay on it. I have been as high as 800mg a day. However I do not advise it. I seem to think that a longer timeframe will start taking muscle so I prefer higher dosage 600mgish for shorter periods 10-12 days. It also can really help reduce face bloat in as little as 3-4 days at 400mg if you just want to kill the moon face
