One thing I see hear on Professional Muscle over and over again is this: "I like to drop some weight or Bodyfat, should I take DNP, T3, or clenbuteral to drop it?

One thing you might want to do is adjust your diet. Didn't your diet make you fat in the first place? To me it is a behavior thing and drugs won't fix that. Taking any drugs to drop weight or BF is only temporary and without a behavior adjustment in your eating habits, you will eventually go back to fat.

Of course you can stay on the drugs that got you there and eventually wonder why you are feeling unhealthy after a while. Sometimes that will take years, but it will catch up to you. It is my belief that eating clean all the time, you will look better and feel better.

Call me parenoid at 50, but I see too many people dropping like flies at my age. Alot of you are young on this board and to me, the secret to longevity is a healthy lifestyle with few drugs. I for one think twice before I leap.

I agree, AAS have been around a long time pharmaceutically, but alot of the stuff people are taking ,like dnp is a cellular poison, and most popular peptides havent gone beyond animal testing and people pop that shit like candy.

Quantities aside, it seems people confuse doing research on drugs with reading other people's opinion on forums about those drugs, while first hand experience is worth knowing, it should be balanced with pure unbiased research.

I would say less than 5% of users know really what theyre doing, the rest just go with the flow.. and ya know wanna be big.... and ripped... an big... an ripped...

As for drugs getting you fat... thats silly calories do that :p

Great post pesty! Makes perfect sense!! BUT like Tenny said, a lot of people will just make everything about drugs no matter how practical their goal is.

Its what is wrong with society as a whole. Everyone wants the easy way out instead of rolling up their sleeves, getting dirty and working hard.

DNP, T3, roids...they are all just aids to assist in ones competitive goals.
But you can only lose so much with dieting alone...then you need help.

The mistake I mad was thinking I needed all the Extra calories to gain muscle mass......

I didnt want to waist the juice's effect by not eating enough food but by thinking like that I gained to much fat on my cycles. Sure I gained 30 lbs over 3 years and alot of that was muscle but a lot was also fat.

The advice I would give anyone is watch the mirror and not the scale. I would also only eat around 500 cals over maintenance. The fat is just to hard to lose for me. Not that I have not been able to do it but its such a slow process for me.

That does seem to be the thing everyone wants the easy way or I always hear people at my gym say they will up there dose and never get anywhere because they don't have their diet and training in check.

Pesty you seem like a pretty grounded guy. He have a good family, play by the rules, probably are a religious guy,etc.. i give you props for this. You also seem like a very hard worker. But you have to realize something. Many people want to take the easy way out. Esp the younger generation born in the 80's like myself. If DNP will get you to the b/f % you want in 2weeks v.s. 3months of natural dieting than many are gonna do it. I'll admit it, this is how I am. If selling drugs will bring in a better income for myself than busting my ass 10hrs a day working im gonna sell drugs. Its just how some people are. Doesnt mean we are bad. For example, i donate a lot of money to people who I feel need it but I will never pay a dime of taxes. I choose to know my money is going to a greater good than Obama's new Mercedes.

Great post Pesty. Its nice to be reminded that bodybuilding can still be about healthy living vs. extensive multi-pharmacology.

Not only that but there has to be some secret drugs the pros are using to get so ripped:rolleyes:

totally agree diet is everything i would rather be healthier than take all kinds of drugs and not be healthy

I think

I think what Pesty was inferring in this; was that it was not the drugs that brought the fat, so why would it be the solution? The culprit was the diet, so change or remove the cause to gain the effect. Bad diet = fat accumilation So therefore a good diet = fat eradication. Drugs can be used as a tool to help tweak the engine, but ultimately it is the fuel that determines how the engine will run. And genetics determine how the engine is built.

great post

i've never had a six pack my entire life and finally got sick as shit of it and have been dieting (not eating pizza, chinese, shit food, etc.) strictly and it's been over two months, no drugs and to drop the last bit i'm using ehpedra wisely but the diet changed everything and people are stupid not to realize it's 80% DIET!!!!!!!!

I don't think people are stupid, they just go with whatever commercials and magazines tell them; well...I guess you CAN call that stupid.
Fortunatley, we have alot of experienced members on here and PROs that give you honest advice. Guys that have been through it and know from experience that diet is key.

In a society where people are still searching for 'The Fountain of Youth' it's very easy to be mislead.

if it was easy, everyone would be doing it

Well, thank goodness there is guys like me and you here that really do care.

wise words from a wise man :)

Not as wise as scared of bad health.

Exactly, we have a 40% obesity rate. It wasn't always like that.

DNP, T3, roids...they are all just aids to assist in ones competitive goals.

Maybe on an extreme diet, but this is directed towards those just wanting to drop fat.

The mistake I mad was thinking I needed all the Extra calories to gain muscle mass......

Your last statement, in bold I will agree, but the first statement in bold I totally disagree. Nothing is more rewarding then working hard and achieving goals though a honest living. I have 2 sucessful businesses with a HS education. I do work hard.

Very good post Pesty. If some folks were
as dedicated, fastidious, and knowledgeable
about their diet as they (seemingly) are
about the "drugs", we would be seeing a
bunch more ripped people walking around.

Are you sure you want that? Who knows, they
may wind up standing next to you, on stage,
knocking you out of first place. Better to keep
them lost and clueless don't ya think? ;)

When you get to be are age, health is upmost concern. I know I can do better in that dept.

Great post Pesty. Its nice to be reminded that bodybuilding can still be about healthy living vs. extensive multi-pharmacology.

I do agree that a ceratin amount of AAS and other things are needed in competition, however it shouldn't be over done.

Not only that but there has to be some secret drugs the pros are using to get so ripped:rolleyes:

Everyone is always looking for that magic pill.

totally agree diet is everything i would rather be healthier than take all kinds of drugs and not be healthy

You need to remind everyone that, including me.

I think what Pesty was inferring in this; was that it was not the drugs that brought the fat, so why would it be the solution? Good post Ivan, not totally against AAS or other things, but if it effects your health and you didn't change your diet, what is the point.

I don't think people are stupid, they just go with whatever commercials and magazines tell them; well...I guess you CAN call that stupid.

Exactly.

if it was easy, everyone would be doing it

Never said it was easy. Anything worth while, you will need to put some work into it.

if ppl arent seeing gains and progress without supplements...

SUPPLEMENTS WILL NOT SOLVE ANY OF THEIR PROBLEMS,

they are made to SUPPLEMENT what you are already doing.

wrong mindset does not = the right results

great post pesty...i constantly see people with posts like..."hey im on dnp and im bleeding out of my asshole..is this normal?" no its not fucking normal and if something makes you bleed out of your asshole why are you using it!lol

ok, that was a little overboard, but im serious that ive seen posts very close to that...remember, some of these drugs may actually be more danerous than long high dose runs of juice...so think of the combination of the two and what that is doing to your body!
