Anxiety attack believe it or not... I have been drug free for quite some time. Xanax and it was down 40 points in an hour. Just makes me worry about my friends and people that I really don't know that want to be superhuman and may ignore their on judgement sometimes.

EVERYONE should own at home blood pressure monitor.

I just bought an equaline digital monitor, and bought an extra large arm cuff attachment for it, the one it comes with only goes up to 13" arms. it was under $30.00, and since blood pressure can fluctuate so often its good to own an home tester so you can get an avg reading between a few measures through out the day.
