Ok this is a mixure of two of my recipes, the 2nd part isn't mandatory or even advised if you want no/low fat.
You can make both in less then 10 minutes to make this final finished product. Heres what you do.
In a bowl mix:
-1.5 scoops of your favorite whey
-1 Tspn cocoa powder
-1 Tbsp Sugar free maple Syrup
-1 Tspn Walden Farms chocolate dip
-1/2 Tspn salt
-1/2 Tspn Sugar free Chocolate pudding mix
-1/2 Tspn of butter scotch or pistachio sugar free pudding mix (optional)
-1 large raw egg white
Now after you have all this mixed well in a bowl, add about 1/2 - 1/3c of these Nuts!: http://www.professionalmuscle.com/forums/showthread.php?t=36769
If you don't feel like making or adding the nuts skip this step, but you will miss out on a lot of flavor!
Stir for about 20 seconds, and place bowl in microwave. From this point you're going to microwave in 8-9 second intervals, then immiedietly pull the bowl out and stir well for 10-15 seconds. Place bowl back in for another 8-9 seconds, take out, stir ect... You want to cook it about 5 times in 8-9 second intervals, that is it now its ready to eat!
Note: if you let it go for longer then 10 seconds it will turn into a solid and taste bad. Also when you stir, try to stir from the outside of the bowl in, you want to prevent it from clumping on the side of the bowl. once its cooked for about 55-60 seconds its usually done. This taste amazing I gurantee it will satisfy your sweet tooth!
