Totally agree...everything and I mean EVERYTHING is better if one is in shape. Thanks for sharing the positive reinforcement!
The article says "exercise" and not cardio. We as bodybuilders don't really consider lifting weight exercise, because we just do it out of joy lol. At least that's how I am!
But yes, cardio is key. Unless you're training super intense like JM.
