Does anyone here still only work a body part once a week?

Ok Lamotta your routine looks horrible don't even know where to begin. Also hate to sound unoriginal but pretty much agree with Tenny all the way 2 on 2 off never more than 3 on hit everything about once a week. As far as routine it depends entirely on how I feel but yeah high reps when I feel light and low reps when I feel bloated.
 
Current split is as follows:

Monday - Lighter higher rep leg training
Tuesday- Heavy upper body
Wed- fasted day no weights
Thurs- Heavy legs
Friday- Long walk
Saturday- Lighter upper body
Sunday- fasted long walk
 
I only hit my upper body muscles once per week, though I do some very light work for them throughout the week (active recovery). But abs, glutes, legs, I do 2-3x per week.
