Does anyone here still only work a body part once a week?

It seems like a lot of people say they work a body part twice a week and some even three times a week.

Does anyone here still only work a body part once a week?
 
I work my back and legs only once per week. Hell, it takes 3 - 4 days for soreness to go away most of the time. I guess when I stop making gains from this I will change it up.

I do work chest, arms, calves and abs 2 times per week.
 
I do per my orders of my trainer on here.
 
Legs and back but thats due to problems I'm having and dont want to risk injury. They're not really workouts either just trying to maintain.
 
i do for just about very muscle and will continue to do so untill i dont grow. I would like to try DC but cant right now because of work and school
 
Training once a week now since thats my training partners routine. The bodyparts farthest from being hit next gets 1 exercise thrown in for 3 sets just to stimulate it a little.

For example If training Mon. Wed. Fri.

Did chest on Monday might do 3 sets on Friday of exercise at moderate weight and 10 reps just to stimulate it before Monday again.
 
I only workout my body once a week never more. Monday - Friday and weekend off... i m real conscious about overtraining and I don't lose any size strength... I think a lot of guys overtrain

I do a different bodypart each day, would you still consider that overtraining and why?
 
by thursday your CNS is fried

your last 2 days are suffering because of it

One body part per week for me mate.

I also train Mon - Fri with the weekend off. although my weight training never really goes past 45 mins except for back and legs.

i personally train 2 days on 1 off

doesnt matter what day of the week

unless conflicting circumstances

i may go 2 on 2 off.....3 on 2 off......3 on 1 off..... 1 on 1 off

but i NEVER train MORE than 3 days in a row
 
i do dc training. one week you work each body part twice, the next, once. then repeat. so its 3 times in two weeks. works great for me.
