Does anyone know how much you can add to waxy maize before it becomes too much and you lose the efficiency on it. For example, if say someone were to use 40g of waxy maize...how much supplement could be added to it before the waxy has too much supplement to shuttle it. Is there an answer to this? I haven't seen one.
 
I don't have any scientific data to support this statement but I can tell you what I add to mine and that it still feels the same...........

2 scoops BCAA's (xtend)
2 scoops ON's glutamine, taurine, creatine blend
Extra L- leucine if I have it

All of that added to 60-80 grams waxy. The amount depends on the intensity of the session and part trained. Legs and back will get the full 80 gram serving.
