question for the vets who compete.... do you find that dieting twice a year for shows (say spring and fall) makes it easier to get in shape for shows vs. once a year and/or that you can get in better condition?
It seems that by having a shorter "offseason" you can stay tighter and, I imagine, get very thin skin come showtime. We will see, I am coming off an October show and am getting ready for 3 may shows back to back.
