How does John Jewett stay lean year-round?

Has anyone noticed this entire forum has gone into a thinkspeak lately of:
- lower protein
- get more steps
- don't take tren offseason
- lower dosages
- give utmost concern about your waistline
- better competitors but smaller bodybuilders
- etc.

...And if you argue against any of these topics, especially with an esteemed forum member, everyone fills their diaper.

I'm all for caring about your health, but maybe drop the bullshit. What do you mean tren offseason doesn't help improve your composition or build more muscle? Sure, you don't "need" that, but let's take it a step further, do you need steroids at all?

Rebrand the forum "professionalcirculatory"
 
It's as simple as being treated with respect. I wont be rude until others do first.

Disagreement is not disrespect. I had this conversation with @bbxtreme over DM. His immediate response to my disagreement with him was to call me arrogant and to pose himself as wiser.

All productive conversation ends there.



I didn't tell the coach what to do. I disagreed with him. Which is why I no longer work with said coach.

The falling out was specifically over me asking to switch my white rice to potatoes and he said "either you do what I recommend or we end our cooperation"

Sincerely, the only useful information I've seen you contribute to this forum has been on the topic of histamine and tren. The protocols of previous coaches regarding insulin was also intriguing. Beyond that, I have no clue who you are, and I kindly disagree with most of your opinions. You come here acting as if your words are gospel and everything you say is to be taken as fact.

Here's 2 of your main opinions I disagree with, I could think up more but meh:
1. 10k steps is healthy, 15-20k a day is retarded for a bodybuilder and counterproductive towards recovery, just eat less
2. Tren != bad on offseason. It's more nuanced than that. What is your blood pressure? Do you have LVH?

You could say 1g of protein is best per lb, and then I say "no 1.75g is best per lb," and you'd lose it calling me an arrogant unwise prick that needs to listen to the masters.

Are you that unself aware?
 
Now that I’ve accumulated a certain amount of muscle it’s almost effortless to stay lean. I have to really push the calories to an unnecessary and uncomfortable amount to start getting fat. HGH helps too

Edit: Oh wow I haven’t been here in a couple of weeks and looks like some spicy stuff is going on. I need to catch up 😂

Appreciate you. That's what I need to do. Cut down to 210lb for this competition, then bulk up to 260lb with a little bit of chub, and just get over the little bit of bodyfat. It's necessary to gain good mass at a respectable rate.

I was thinking you kinda got some harsh treatment in this thread. You asked a simple question but it had good intentions and you just didn’t know. Nbd.

But you just keep going now after great advice from some really great guys here and then post this dumbness. You talk about Milo’s (and say you’d take him as a coach as if he takes on just anyone) but then are against insulin use which is Milos’s calling card.

And Nick is a cyborg that eats the same whole food meals day after day and never misses a detail. He might have his social issues but he is as committed a bodybuilder as there is. Perhaps instead of knocking “whatever Nick Walker is doing now” you should aspire to be more like him.

I have no clue where you got he was against insulin from. He also never claimed milos WOULD take him.

It was also very clear he was referring to nicks protein intake. Not his discipline as a bodybuilder.

I also think some people in this thread are discrediting how much tren and gh do help you stay leaner in a surplus. Not advocating that OP goes that route or saying that it’s more important than diet because it’s not, but it’s the reality.

I have to show you how you ask me to come back to work...? man stop making an idiot of yourself and first start treating your mental health problems and bipolar disorder because you don't even realize you have it what everyone here sees
 
its gets way easier the more times you diet and pull BF off ya. I stay 5-7 weeks out year round and really dont try that hard to do it. ive competed probably 40 x of my life. each time areas that were stubborn like my legs and glutes stay leaner. each year i learn my body more. each year i find myself craving junk less and less. My free meals used to be pizza they are now sushi. you just get better at this like anything.
