Does gyno come back after surgery?

Hey guys,

I wanted to ask you whether gyno comes back after surgery. It seems that there are contradicting answers all over the forums. I don't have much gyno, but it is noticeable (to me) and it's painful. Before anyone tries to tell me it's adipose tissue, its not. I don't hold fat on my chest. Even my bf% is in single digits, it's still there, so definitely not adipose. I am ready to spend the money, but if it's something that I have to do on an yearly basis, then I will just deal with it.

It depends if they remove the whole gland or not. I guess if they remove ALL of it, the nipples can become inverted and it will look really bad, so they usually leave a little fat there. But as long as you have all your bases covered when you're on cycle w/ ancillaries, you should be able to prevent anything from happening.

From what I understand, about 90% is usually removed. My point is that now I can control it with anti-Es, which is killing my gains. I guess what I am asking is has someone that was previously quick to get gyno, had surgery and able to cycle without ancillaries?

if you are worried about only gyno why not run a low dose nolva through the cycle?

What kinda dosage are you taking? I didn't think a small maintenance type dose could kill gains?

I just finished a 12 week, with a low dosage of Nolva throughout the whole thing.. I didnt notice to much of a difference with gains. Better safe than sorry i guess...

Not to sure on the Gyno Surgery though!

Some surgeons remove the entire gland and often leaves an indentation. Most do not - and yes the gyno can definitely happen again. Unfortunately the scar tissue would be much worse if a second or third surgery would be needed due to skipping the ancillary drugs. I wish it could not happen again but am glad I don't have the indentations like others have.
