Depends on the person, I notice fatigue around 50-75mcgs. Also I always notice an adjustment period, when I start T3 I get energized a few weeks later I start to get tired.
ive been on t3 nonstop for about a year now at varying dosages (between 50 and 200mcg, and yes the latter was a bad idea)
and it has NEVER stopped to strongly increase my energy levels, reduce need for sleep and just increase my activity.
and not hypothyroid by nature btw. keeping t3 in a supraphysiological range makes me feel MUCH better though than having it normal.
especially on AAS that tax your CNS and fatigue you over time (such as tren) t3 simply is a godsend. took away 90% of tren sides for me.
imo lack of calories can make you lethargic, but this is both on and off t3.
if you use too much t3 it completely kills your workout intensity though through lack of glycogen synthesis/storage...
but if i had to name THE single thing that makes me more productive and energized then that would be t3.
these seem like high doses and too long of cycles of t3..... I have a low post count so don't expect anyone to heed my advice so I will refer to BBoys "ask a pro" thread. I don't think he advised goin much above 25mcg. in fact I think he recommended use as little as u need kinda thing. and he is a PRO.....

gives maybe 200-300 kcals more "wiggle room", but the real effects shine because it prevents metabolic slowdown to a certain degree
it also has profound effects on carbohydrate metabolism
