It's possible. Without the slin your not getting the nutrient shuttling effects. I definitely notice decreased soreness when using insulin so I suppose the reverse could be happening. Have you changed anything else about your routine?
Could be either, or a combination of the two. I know when I start on a blast I really kick up the intensity even if it's just subconciously. It's like you know what's coming so you just start killing it even though the shit hasn't even kicked in yet. If you do start up the slin and notice a big difference please post an update here. I'd be interested in seeing your results

Funny thing.is, me and training partner didn't go heavy.. gave the knees a break. So we've went harder..may have been the back to back sets if 25 upto 100 we did..no fun
