Just been introduced to this guy so I don't know the full spectrum of the pros and cons to his views but this seemed to be about the best condensed lesson on cholesterol I've seen.

Also, I don't quite remember so I may be getting this wrong but I recall Dr. Serano/Meadows speaking on particle size of LDL being more of a factor over particle number(not blood concentration/LDL blood test number) but this expounds on that quite a bit in the opposite direction. Again, I don't recall specifics on Serano/Meadows details so this may be directly in line.

Saw him speak at several conferences on you tube. He is very sharp.

I believe Dr. Rhonda Patrick has mentioned him before in podcasts she has appeared on. I have only gotten through about 28min of the video so far...and he doesn't seem to say anything refuting what some of us preach. Keep in mind, this video is 5 yrs old.

Also see or read anything by Dr. Thomas Dayspring. It is eye opening.

Definitely not ground breaking with our current awareness on the subject. I just appreciated his explanation of things better than what I've heard in the past.

Reading a bit further into him and listening to Tim Ferris' podcast with him, he's pretty impressive.

Watch the videos of Gary Taubes that was somewhat of an intro to Attia's presentation. Especially part 3.
