Drinking Winny

I did a search on this but did not find what I was looking for. If you drink winny do you take the entire dose 50mg/day all at once or break it down over a few times during the day?

Just like you would do with the tabs Id imagine.
May work just a little faster the a tablet But I wouldnt think much.
