I've been on a diet(to lose weight) since mid-october. Started out at 340 and yesterday I weighed 304. This is all in an attempt to compete in the 275's in the spring. The plan is to drop to 290 which will put me in a position to make the 275's the day before the meet and then get back up to 290 on meet day.
If anyone has any info on bodyweight manipulation, feel free to post it. I've talked to a few people who are able to do this and their methods are similar. If you know fo any books on the subject or know of someone who could help me develop a plan to pull this off, let me know.
