Easy way to get down a lot of whole food. 6 ounce boiled chicken breast, 1 scoop whey iso, 80 grams of carbs from cooked cream of rice, 40 grams of dextrose, enough apple juice or orange juice to get it smooth and blend it all up. Around 60 plus grams of protein, 130ish grams of carbs, and depending on what my goals are sometimes 1 tbl olive oil. Takes me 10 seconds to drink and I’m done with one meal for the day. Been doing this for 16 years
I do this on a regular basis. One half chicken per sitting. I pull of the skin, which I throw some but not all of it to my dog along with the cartilage and toss the bones in the green waste.
If I'm dieting hard I will eat the breasts and tenderloins and the dark meat will be cut into my dog's food. Still affordable for two large breasts where as baked chicken breasts is typically flat and dry in comparison.
It's costs more to buy an uncooked whole chicken.
Rotisserie chicken are a draw customers in type of item. There are plenty of videos on how Costco utilizes this tactic. There's a reason that the Rotisserie chickens are such a good deal.
