Eating more food and digestive enzymes?

I'm consuming more food than ever right now trying to bust through the 230 lb mark for the first time. I'm not force feeding myself as my appetite is very good. However I'm getting lots of indigestion, reflux, and hiccuping from my stomach holding all this food around the clock.

Someone recommended digestive enzymes and probiotics to me to aid in digestion.

Has anyone experienced similar issues? How did you address the problem?
 
What kind of foods are you eating? A lot of grains, dairy, salt? Different things can contribute to it. Post your diet and I can answer the question better.

Thanks for the reply...Meals are roughly the following. I eat more some days if the appetite is there.

Meal 1: 5 whole eggs, cup of oatmeal, cup of apple juice
Meal 2: 2 slices ezekial bread w/ natty pb. an apple. 50g whey isolate
Meal 3: 8 oz chicken, 1.5 cup of white rice or 1.5 sweet potatoe
Meal 4: same as Meal 3
PreWo: 60g waxy maize, 50g whey isolate
PostWo: 60g waxy maize, 8 oz juice, 10g glutamine 10g bcaA
Meal 5: 12 oz red meat, 1.5 cup white rice

I salt just for taste so nothing excessive. no cheeses or milk. I switched to white rice instead of brown because the brown was killing my appetite.

Right now I'm a bit under 5'9" 228 lb in the morning, probably ~12% bf.
 
I apologize to keep it so short but someone suggested this to me, eat lot's of fresh fruit". It worked, no more acid reflux.:cool:
