Let me emphasize my previous statement about how much of an ass I plan on making of myself today..I just took an extra digestive enzyme, put one more in a bag to take with me, then took a famotidine and a pepto bismol pill just to allow me to eat more before I feel like shit..

Gonna do a lot of drinking too!

I get one day a year to go after food the way a fat man eats a mail order brides ass! I’m not missing it!

Well said lol I like the guys who said “I’m just gonna eat 3-4 plates and a couple desserts” like that’s restraint lol mad love to everybody.

My wife made it in college and was a hit and every year since people ask her to make a pan for them so every Thanksgiving , Christmas and Easter we make a handful for others to eat with their meals.
Nobody has bothered trying to replicate it cause we use beef tallow and some pork renderings for fat instead of just butter.

Happy Thanksgiving to all. I'm thankful for
- meeting my goals although my goals are much different and laughable to many
-this board and the free advice and perspective many provide
- having a job although stressful many don't have one
- steak and cheat days
- good health

I’m in maintenance right now but I still mainly just graze. I’ll sample some fat boy shit but I don’t go crazy like back in the day. I hate feeling like shit after cheat meals.

Ate light, did legs in the AM, went for 1-hr walk with dog...

My 3 "meals":

1. Oatmeal with Protein Powder
2. Steak, mashed, stuffing (was in no mood for turkey)
3. Piece of Apple Cream Pie w/ Icecream

Underate actually (calorie wise)...

Back to being more strict today..
