Hey guys im looking for a good ECA stack. If anyone one can nhelp me out hit me up Please

Ma Huang extract. (8% ephedrine alkaloids) - 250mg
Caffeine-200mg
White Willow Bark-75mg
Cayenne (40,000 SCU)-50mg
Ginger root-50mg

Per cap, 120 caps


He has a few threads on here, and a lot of repeat customers with rave reviews.
 
so im at like 13% b.f. right now. My cardio is 15min. on workout days and 30min. on off days. Plus a very clean diet, you think i could cut down to 7-8% fairilly easy with use of this ECA stack from Tyrone. Ive never used ECA before so i don't know how dracstic the results are.

Hell no if your diet isn't perfect...You say clean but what is it EXACTLY? There's no miracle pill bro...it's just a tool to help.
 
Breakfast: 4 egg whites one whole egg, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese, 4 oz. lean meat

Meal 2: 2 chicken breast, 1/2 cup oatmeal or brown rice

Meal 3: 2 chicken breat 0r 12-14 oz. lean beef, 1/2 cup brown rice, mixed steamed veggies. cottage cheese

In between meals and pre- post workout: 2 scoops beverly nternational ultra size in 10-12oz. of skim milk

Also take flax seed gel0caps with breakfast and meal 3

Let me know if i can clean this up more. My body is very carb sensitive so when i load up on high carbs i look very bloated and dis- proportional.

Looks to me like you are taking in a LOT of carbs there mass. Each meal you are taking in has carbs. Are you alternating high/low carb days?
 
no normally i just stick to 350-360g. protein, 120-130g. carbs and 50-60g. fat.

Should i be alternating. Im not cutting for contest just looking to shape up. If you were to alternate, what would your schedule look like.

Well if you are trying to get down to low digit bodyfat...and are carb sensitive, it makes sense to cycle your carbs to throw off the metabolism and burn more fat. I would bring my carbs down to half that a couple days, then spike them, then drop them again and rotate.

but that's me.
 
Mass, try this 400-450gms protein, 100gms carbs and 100gms good fats daily. I think by the diet you put up there's not enough protein and as Laura Pointed out carbs are too high. Have your carbs with two meals only with one of them being post workout. Cut them out of your last meal and have just protein and fat. Always keep your protein high. it makes the body work harder and is thermogenis as well. Drink at least 2-3 gallons of water per day minimum. More is better here.

looks good. i found The Stack still for sale on the net..it is a left over ECA..maybe still good. May be old crap!
