so im at like 13% b.f. right now. My cardio is 15min. on workout days and 30min. on off days. Plus a very clean diet, you think i could cut down to 7-8% fairilly easy with use of this ECA stack from Tyrone. Ive never used ECA before so i don't know how dracstic the results are.
Looks to me like you are taking in a LOT of carbs there mass. Each meal you are taking in has carbs. Are you alternating high/low carb days?Breakfast: 4 egg whites one whole egg, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese, 4 oz. lean meat
Meal 2: 2 chicken breast, 1/2 cup oatmeal or brown rice
Meal 3: 2 chicken breat 0r 12-14 oz. lean beef, 1/2 cup brown rice, mixed steamed veggies. cottage cheese
In between meals and pre- post workout: 2 scoops beverly nternational ultra size in 10-12oz. of skim milk
Also take flax seed gel0caps with breakfast and meal 3
Let me know if i can clean this up more. My body is very carb sensitive so when i load up on high carbs i look very bloated and dis- proportional.
no normally i just stick to 350-360g. protein, 120-130g. carbs and 50-60g. fat.
Should i be alternating. Im not cutting for contest just looking to shape up. If you were to alternate, what would your schedule look like.
looks good. i found The Stack still for sale on the net..it is a left over ECA..maybe still good. May be old crap!
