edamame pasta

Just tied edamame pasta last night. My wife recently bought at Costco. Amazingly good
with the tomato sauce we had. Can’t wait to try it with pesto. It has a very good nutritional
profile and ratios, better than regular pasta, much higher in protein, and tastes really good.
Win win.

Anybody here tried it? What are your thoughts?
