ELISA test and 2-Methyl estradiol(MENT)

From what I noticed on my clients and friends who used trestolone, the ELISA test did not detect an increase in E2. The E2 results were exactly the same before and after the introduction of trestolone (the remaining drugs in the stack did not change), although the symptoms clearly indicated an increase in estrogen levels.

I wonder if you have similar experiences with trestolone and E2 results

Had exactly same experience on Trest.

It never appears on ECLIA estradiol blood test.

Because it's not estradiol..... I think that the only thing that we can do for Trest is just use Nolva or Raloxifene to avoid gyno....

yes but nolva / ralox will not prevent water retention

Yeah definitely. When I used it, I did notice some uptick in traditional estrogenic effects (nothing problematic) but no effect on estradiol tests.
Nor would I expect it to since MENT aromatizes into 7a-methyl estradiol (not 17B).

Yes it is a progestin just like nandrolone, trenbolone and any other 19-nor aas is. While they do bind to the progesterone receptor (PGR) to varying degrees, they don't necessarily raise progesterone. So a blood panel for progesterone is useless in this context.

Because it does aromatize. It can be both a progestin and a substrate for aromatase. Nandrolone is as well.
