get the pouches of salmon and other fishes, they carry higher protien content

mercury levels and that other horseshit is the last of your worries at the end of the day

I ate lunch at 11 and here it is almost 830 and I'm trying to clear a clogged dredging line in the middle of nowhere .....sure as hell wish I had an emergency can of tuna LOL!!!!!

@tkav1980 thats sounds good brother! id be tempted to eat it all right away. i ate to much tuna for a few years doing a bid so i got burned out too but im back in to it just for the convienence factor.

I have a can opener and at least 20 cans of tuna in my center console . Its a good snack man and it tastes great!
