my hands get like that from working in cold and wet conditions. The local walmart sells something called corn huskers. Its a clearish lotion made for ..well guys who husk corn? lol but it works amzing.. not sure if his hands are just super dry and cracked or he as some kind of fungis goin on there.

Glad someone posted about this. My hands look wwwwaaayyy worse then your brothers just not discolored like his are. Mine are from work..I know this..but would like to find something that could help with it.

My brother have this since I can remember.. he has now 23 y/o.
Have visited a lot of doctors without sucess.
Used cortison creams etc, no solution :S
